Family Support Services at Community Partnerships

Storehouse Ministries: The Storehouse is a ministry of Woodland Park Community Church provides emergency resources and assistance with the following ministries: financial assistance, firewood, “Next 48” food bags, household goods, laundry assistance, hot showers, transitional housing, medical lending, cold weather wear, medical lending closet, and job assistance help. CCCAP : The Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP): Provides child care assistance to families needing child care services to support their efforts
toward self-sufficiency. CCCAP provides families access to reduced cost child care at licensed child care facilities or qualified (unlicensed)
providers. Families meet income guidelines. Benefits are available to children under the age of thirteen (13). Apply at Teller County Department of Human Services or online.
Energy Outreach Center (EOC): Energy Bill Assistance
Emergency Rental Assistance Program: Funding is still available, however, the temporary pandemic-related funding for emergency rental assistance is entering its final phase. The Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) is working to phase out the emergency response and begin transitioning to longer-term, sustainable recovery.
